12. Rise of the Heart

In the Tower of the Wanderers, Lyra-9 and Kael-13 forged a tense alliance. Lyra-9 revealed the star map on the glass crystal, which pinpointed Earth's location, and proposed a daring mission: to invade the core of the Forgotten Planet to deactivate the Heart before it could control all the hybrids. Kael-13, more pragmatic, suggested destroying the orbital citadel first to weaken Extreme, but eventually agreed to join forces. As they argued, the tower shook, and a Wanderer artifact activated: a glass crystal sphere projecting the blueprint of an ancient starship capable of interdimensional travel. "If the Heart came from beyond, perhaps we can send it back," Lyra-9 said.

However, the Heart was one step ahead. Its energy tentacles, now visible on the horizon, were connecting to the Nodes of Harmony, activating starships hidden in the Firstborn's underground hangars. Rebel hybrids, seduced by the promise of power, began piloting them, forming a fleet the Heart called the "Star Heralds." Their first mission was to open a portal to Earth. Meanwhile, Extreme mobilized his loyal androids and hybrids, preparing for a war that would decide the fate of the Forgotten Planet... and the universe.
